Interactive Instruments, Inc. is a full-service design and manufacturing facility, utilizing the latest in CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks with SolidCAM and Pro/ENGINEER with Pro/MANUFACTURING) and precision CNC (computer numeric control) machining hardware. Our company focuses on, but is not limited to, the design and development of mechanical, electronic and electromechanical systems. Using SolidWorks with SolidCAM, we can quickly generate complex surfaces and machine them in house using our 5-axis CNC vertical mills, 4-axis CNC wire EDMs (electrical discharge machine) and CNC lathe.  We also house a full complement of sheet metal fabrication and welding equipment which include a 10 ft sheet metal sheer, 8-axis CNC press brake, 20 station CNC turret punch, Timesaver wet finish sander and TIG welder to name a few.

With the aid of our Electronic Design Engineer, we also design and manufacture custom software and hardware solutions to work with the mechanical designs to develop complete systems. Electronic support includes the design and assembly of digital control systems, software development for Windows and embedded applications. This combination allows Interactive Instruments to be a unique one-stop operation for a wide variety of custom products.
